THESE ENTERTAINERS DIED IN AUTO CRASH! WHO’s NEXT?







DAGRIN:
Olaitan Oladapo aka Dagrin is a prolific rapper  during his entire life as an artist, he simply convinced many that he is  one of the best things that happened to the Nigerian entertainment industry, although was not recorgnised initially, just about time for him to start ripping the gains of his years of hard he was overtaken by death.
As at the time of Dagrin’s death, it was realized that many works lying fallow in different studios in the country, the few recovered were produced and sold millions of copies  in the market.

In an industry where we have the likes of Mode 9, Rugged man, and the likes of them, Dagrin who was initially underated in the music scene strived tirelessly to register his presence especially after the release of his first sensational album EXECUTIVE OMOITA, with tracks like mo lenu bi pon pon pon, his name blew up like the wind, with his name been mentioned everywhere, he was indeed a star.
Though very young in age , he is regarded as the second best Yoruba rapper in Nigeria behind legendary Lord of Ajasa.
Dagrin spent most of his childhood days in Mushin and later moved out to Alagbado, where he lived until his death.
Dagrin who was involved in a fatal accident in front of Alakara Police station in Mushin with his customized number plate Nissan car, which he received as a gift eight days before his accident.
He could not moved to the intensive care unit of LUTH where doctors battled to save his life, until he gave up the ghost finally on April 23rd 2010.


ALASARI:
The remains of late Durojaiye Ishola Emmanuel who is popularly referred to as Alasari   was laid to rest on Wednesday, 23 March, 2011.
Alasari who had an accident in Onipepeye bus stop somewhere in Abeokuta, our investigation revealed also had an accident in that same spot about a year ago and survived it.
Alasari who just acquired a Nissan Amada SUV few months before his death we learnt was on his way to Lagos from Abeaokuta when he had the accident that claimed his life.
Meanwhile it was also gathered that he was running a program on Ogun state owned Gateway television titled Ida Ofin which borders on human rights abuse and other ethical issues, aside that we also were reliably informed that he was also planning the release of two movies, Iyanu (part 2) and Omo Night Club. Alasari died of auto crash with several unfulfilled dreams at the age of 49.
COMEDIAN CD JOHN:
Fast rising Comedian CD John was involved in a ghastly motor accident in the late hours of March 23rd 2011, on his way back from singer Harrysong’s listening party which he compered, in a convoy of three other cars, one of which is a Ford Explorer SUV which belongs to Gulder Ultimate search 11 winner Kunle Oluremi.
According to Oluwaremi, the stationed black Toyota Corolla that caused the accident was one of Governor Babatunde Fashola‘s campaign vehicles; and the occupants of the car, was understood to be pasting posters of the Lagos State Governor at the time of the incident.
Our further investigation revealed that the said comedian was to celebrate his birthday few days before his death, Sunday, 27 March 2011 to be specific.
The car, a black golf with registration number LU581444 has other passengers in it who sustained serious injuries except for John who lost his life few hours after he was moved into St. Nicolas hospital for emergency attention.
CHIDINMA MBALASO OF KOKO MANSION:
Chidinma Mbalaso of the Koko Mansion fame, the 2009 reality show, died in Kaduna on Thursday, 25th March, 2011 at age 22, a day after the death of comedian CD John.
The University of Abuja undergraduate was the 2nd runner up in the maiden edition of Koko mansion reality show. She registered her presence in the reality show and intimidated other housemates and viewers of the show with her charming spotless beauty and beaming smiles.
Chidinma was involved in a motor accident while on her way back to Abuja, from Kaduna where she had gone to pick up her car, the very first she bought with her money.
She was driving back to Abuja when a motorcycle ran unto her path.
In trying to avoid the motorcycle she lost control and ended up sustaining serious injuries from the accident and suffered internal bleeding.
Her close friends and family members suck for a blood donor whom they couldn’t get and she died in the process.

Just last year Terry G and Mallam Spicy were also involved in ghastly motor accidents, which they both survived by the grace of God, and while many where attributing blames to them for getting drunk drive attitude, many others turned their blames to the devil and emphasized the need for our entertainers to embark on a fasting and prayer section. Although that seem to be the much we heard about last year.
Just about time for the preparation of the annual ester celebration, about three different entertainers were all in different days involved in one ghastly motor accident or the other which claimed their dear lives.
 Amidst all these tears, the very big question on the lips of many is “who’s next in line”?
Few hours after the death of Chidinma was announced, Banky W tweeted, ‘What is happening to our youths? I am afraid, who is next?
Fear has taken over, our entertainers, each one is afraid it could be him or her next, we pray God takes control concludes another singer who spoke to us on anonymity.
