MONALISA CONGRATULATES EX-HUBBY's NEW MARRIAGE -says the whole thing is laughable

Nollywood actress and Glo ambassador, Monalisa Chinda's life goes on, but not without a word or two for  her ex-husband,Dejo Richards who recently  got married to another woman.
In her reaction to the way her ex-husband showered encomium on the new wife, Monalisa says ” The whole story is laughable, I am happy for the new couple in town.
In response to another question on what she felt the day she got information and BB pings on the wedding of her ex, she smiled and told the reporter “I didn’t feel any how,honestly, I am happy for him,I don’t feel anyhow,good luck to them.
The crack in Monalisa Chinda and Dejo Richards became obvious in 2009 shortly Monalisa was paid millions of Naira by Telecmmunication company, Globacom. She was endorsed among other  Nollywood stars endorsed as glo Ambassadors.
There was accusation and counter accusations from both parties over greed. While Monalisa disclosed that her husband relied so much on her income and also was on the habit of beating her, Dejo Richards alleged that his wife was ‘money drunk’. According to him, Monalisa is misbehaving because of the money she collected from Glo. He also said some producers and single actresses in Nollywood are bad influence on his wife.

P-MAN AND THE NEW GENERATION ARTISTES FEUD, THE LAST IS YET TO BE HEARD



With the development of things at the moment, the last may not have been heard about the feud between performing Musician Association of Nigeria (PMAN) and acclaimed New generation hip-hop artistes in Nigeria. By the day, things keep getting messier, as these new generation artistes keep talking tough on how they intend to hijack power from the Dele Abiodun led Association.
According to an impeccable source, Admiral Dele Abiodun is busy making money for himself and his loyalists, leaving the structures of the Association to suffer.
PMan an Association set up to protect and project the interest of professional musicians; “yet over the years the Association has done nothing to protect the interest of its members,’ said a critique of the Association.  
Artistes don’t have control over their intellectual property which has given room to pirates feeding fat on their efforts, this is said to have aggravated these new generation artistes to want to create a revolution by assuming control of the Association so as to inject new ideas that will make heads sway. To achieve this goal, we further learnt that the reason for their meeting at a popular hang out in Ikeja, weeks back before attending the PMAN convention at Osogbo penultimate week.


Kelly Hansome Back At War with Kennis Music – ‘They Don’t Mean Well For My Career’


After a reported make up with the Kennis Music Record label following an apology from Kelly Hansome last year when he took to the press to talk about his issues with the executives at Kennis Music,  we  gatheredthat Kelly Hansome is back at war with Kennis Music.
Kelly Hansome is mad at the record label and he has asked his lawyer to serve them a letter. He informed that part ofhis make up with the label was an agreementthat after a public apology from him, the label would take up promotion of his long over due album tentatively titled ‘Names Of Noise makers’ immediately but months after, the label is yet to. He informed that the album was ready months ago. “They (kennis Music) don’t mean no good to my career,he was quoted to have said.
He further revealed that besides,in aprevious meeting, the label executive had informed him that his album that had hits like ‘Maga don pay’, ‘like play like play’ and ‘true love’ was a flop in addition to him owing the label the sum of 20 million naira. Yet,after the apology, nothing hashappened. We reliably gathered that Hansome plans to release a tell all DVD, what he described as ‘scary but true’
Label representative who spoke on behalf of the label head, Kenny Ogungbe who was at the Grammys have,however,called Kelly Hansome impatient.

OSH MICHAEL , ATM LIGHT UP COUPLE’s DAYOUT

Segun Oseni Productions, the producers of popular TV programme, THE COUPLE, have once again proved their worth with the Couple’s Day out initiative.
The event which is aimed at educating couples on the values for good and happy home had several motivational speakers were on hand to make presentations on the theme of the event ; ‘MONEY, SEX AND THE OTHER WOMAN’.
Some of those in attendance who spoke to Fortune and Class Weekly said the event had very rich content as matters of great importance to the family were carefully dissected and analysed by each of the speakers.
COUPLE’s day out, which held at Lagos Country Club, had in attendance the likes of Christy Essien Igbokwe and her hubby, Lanre Anjola-Oyebode and other crème de la crème of the entertainment circle. The classy event took on a high octane entertainment turn when the likes of Osh Michael and ATM graced the stage to trill the audience with singles from their forthcoming albums.
It was sure an evening of class as those in attendance had enough time to mingle with one another and exchanged banters.
The evening was also a time to reward exemplary couples with awards for setting good standard in their individual homes. The awards were given in different categories which includes; Golden Couple, Diamond Couple, Admirable Couple, Inspiring Couple and Dynamic Couples.
The CEO, Segun Oseni Productions, Mr Segun Oseni, in his presentation, assured all in attendance that the event will be classier next year as they look forward to getting more corporate organizations to support the initiative.
