SENATOR OBASANJO's EX-HUBBY RE-MARRIES

Former son-in-law to Nigeria’s Ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo, Akeem ‘Jimi Bello who married former Senator Iyabo Obasanjo-Bello has remarried. This time, however, he confesses getting hooked “to the only woman I ever loved”, former Miss Olajumoke Katherine Thompson.
The glamorous wedding ceremony took place on Dec 1st at a Registry in a Lagos suburb amidst “very tight security” in the presence of family and friends.
Jimi’s marriage to OBJ’s daughter crashed after 4 years on the basis of irreconcilable differences in 2003 and since then he has stayed unmarried.

CHOCOLATE CITY ONTOP LIST AT THE 20011 AAFE

One of Nigeria's  leading entertainment company, Chocolate City Group, the  parent company of Chocolate City Music, Chocolate City Media and Chocolate City Distribution has emerged the runner-up at the recently concluded Africa Awards for Entrepreneurship 2011, Held in Kenya.
Chocolate City, was the only Nigerian entertainment company that made it to the top ten list after a record 3,300 companies from 48 African countries with a minimum annual turnover of $1 Million and a maximum of $10 Million  for at least 3 years consecutively submitted entries to compete for the Grand Prize of  $100,000 and six other prizes of $50,000 each.

The top ten companies made a formal presentation to an international jury of business leaders chaired by Malik Fal, Managing Director of Endeavor and some of Africa’s most prominent entrepreneurs and investors, amongst whom are Kamal Budhabhatti, Grand Prize Winner of the 2010 Africa Awards; James Manyika, Director of the McKinsey Global Institute and Ayisi Makitiani, the CEO of Fanisi Capital and Chocolate City was announced as a runner-up, taking home 50,000 USD at the high-profile award dinner which will hold today, December 8 2011.
Chocolate City ,home to multi award winning stars like M.I, Jesse Jagz, Ice Prince, Brymo, Dj Caise among others was founded in 2005 .Chocolate City Music recently won Record label of the Year at the City People Awards 2011, while its founder/CEO Audu Maikori recently won the “Entertainment Executive of the Year” award at the Nigerian Entertainment Awards (NEA) ceremony which was held in New York in September 2011. Other awards include the global award for the International Young Music Entrepreneurship award (IYMEY) in 2007 by the British Council.
