Nigera billionaire, Jim Ovia seems to have capitalized on his exit from his top banking job with Zenith Bank to enlarge the frontiers of his other business concerns.

Regarded as one of Nigeria’s wealthest men, Ovia seems to have given high concentration to his telecom business known as Visafone,trasversing several towns across the country with telecom mobile services.

In a bid to position itself as one of the biggest telecom business in Nigeria especially in the CDMA market, Visafone recently acquire Multilinks, one of oldest telecom companies operating in Nigeria.

The formal signing of the take over of Multilinks in Nigeria was signed by Mr. Jim Ovia and Jeffery Hedberg, the CEO of Telcom, the  parent company of Visafone in Johannesburg, South Africa. At the moment, gistmaster.com gathered that the deal is worth about 50 million US dollars.

FRANK EDOHO TO LOSE ‘WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE JOB

Few weeks ago the story of Frank Edoho of Who wants to be a millionaire fame broke out and few days after it was reported that his wife Katherine moved out of their rented apartment  in Chevron Estate at Ajaa Lagos state, due to  inability to pay the rents which is about three to four million naira per annum like our investigation revealed.

Although we understood Frank had already abandoned his home and family for another lover in a yet to be revealed suburb in Lagos.

not only this, fresh information has it that he has also stopped providing for his broadcaster wife, Katherine and their three children since the past one year now.

We were further informed that  Edoho’s decision to masked the development from the public was based on the after effect it might have on his job.

To very close ally Frank is seen as a wife especially after  Katherine  described him as a wife-beater in an interview she granted a magazine years past.

A reliable source informed Whistles about the move of  the  promoters of his claim to fame, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire program who warned him earlier about any negativity story on his  person, as it stand a chance of rubbing off their show.

This we learnt was  after the first misunderstanding with his wife that almost led to break up which the couple denied subsequently.

There were talks of replacing him as presenter of the show before he bowed to the demand of the promoters of the show.

This time around we were informed by an inside source, that the promoters of the show are seriously angry with him, a development which if not managed properly could lead frank losing his job as the presenter of the who wants to be a millionaire show that fetches him up to 15 million naira monthly.

As to how he intends managing the situation at the moment, a source revealed he is confused at the moment.
